E-Mentor a Crusader!

You could become a College Crusade E-Mentor!

All you need is an email address and the desire to encourage a young person who wants to go to college.

What is a mentor?

Someone who provides a positive example

An inspirational person who motivates youth to work harder and set ambitious goals

From the convenience of your home or office, you can have a positive influence on a young Rhode Islander’s educational goals and aspirations.

How our E-Mentoring Program Works

It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1

We survey you and then match you with one middle school or high school Crusader based on the student’s career goals or personal interests.

2
You exchange introductory e-mails and have two face-to-face meetings with your mentee to build a positive mentoring relationship.

3
You correspond with your mentee once a week for at least six months.

More than 100 students from our state’s most urban schools have signed up for E-Mentoring this year.

You can make a difference in their lives!
